Alpha 1.10(THE EGG UPDATE PART ONE)

This is the first part of huge Egg update.
This update is technical only, and doesn`t bring any new content to the game but does to mod creators.
Only for Standalone.

Changelog:
- Removed Pig and Wolf spawning in the beginning
- Added mod list in menu
- Added ability to turn off mods
- Added main mod selection
- Added chances of cards
- Added more functions for modding
- Now you can quit in menu

Main mod(master mod) - mod that defines penguin settings and chances.
